“I changed out the light bulb and switch and it still does not work” says the home owner. This happens a lot. At the time it is not funny to the person that is trying to fix this situation. Afterwords when they hear what caused the problem and a day later, it is. It happens quite often. Someone changes the light bulb out, places it on the ground or better yet back into the box. They do this on a few lights as many wait until more light bulbs go out. When they are done they put the box of what appears to be extra light bulbs back on the shelf. Next time they need a light bulb instead of putting in a new bulb they are installing a burnt out bulb from before. Of course they then think it is the switch that needs to be replaced. That’s when we get the call. When you change out light bulbs put them off to the side so this doesn’t happen to you. Trust me, it happens a lot. Larry
